Check out this video for more info:

Create a Facebook Business Account and Link Social Media Pages

First things first, head to
business.facebook.com
and create a Facebook Business Account if you haven't already. Link your Facebook page and Instagram account to this Business Account to ensure smooth integration.

Verify Your Domain Name

To proceed further, navigate to the Business Settings section and go to the "
Domains
" tab under "
Brand Safety and Suitability
." Here, you need to verify your domain name. Click on "Add" and create a new domain. Your domain name should start with your shop name and end with "
.etsy.com
". Once added, verify the domain by copying the meta tag provided by Facebook and adding it to your Etsy shop manager under "
Settings
" and then "
Facebook Shops
."

Link Your Catalog

The next crucial step is linking your catalog to your Facebook Business Account. Click on the menu button and go to the "
Commerce Manager
." If you don't already have an account, create one or log in to your existing account. Navigate to the "
Catalog
" section and open the "
Data Sources
" panel. Click on "
Add items
" and select "
Data Feed
" since we want to import all our listings at once.

Utilize the Catalog Generator App

Instead of manually uploading a file, we recommend using the Catalog Generator app. Visit
and sign up or log in to create an account. Connect your Etsy shop with the app to grant access to your listings.
The app will provide you with a URL that serves as a data feed for the Instagram Catalog.
Copy this URL and paste it in the Commerce Manager.

Set Up the Catalog

Once you've added the data feed URL, you can leave the other fields empty and proceed. Choose a sync schedule, such as "
Daily
," to ensure your Facebook and Instagram Catalogs stay up to date with your Etsy listings. Review everything and click on "
Save Feed and Upload
."

Complete the Process

Facebook will download all your listings and add them to your catalog. Depending on the number of listings you have, this process might take a few minutes. Once completed, you'll see your listings appear in the "
Items
" section of the catalog.

Start Tagging Products in Your Posts

Congratulations, you've successfully linked your Etsy shop with your Instagram and Facebook pages! Now, whenever you make changes to your Etsy listings or add new ones, they will automatically sync with your Facebook and Instagram Catalogs.
The exciting part is that you can now tag your products directly in your posts. Whenever you create a new post, use the "
Tag products
" button to link the relevant products. You can also tag products in your IG stories and encourage your customers to tag your products in their posts. This interaction will increase engagement and, most importantly, direct more traffic to your Etsy listings.
